Our Story
Built on a Simple Idea
Northern Key Property Group was founded because landlords deserve better. Too many property owners get stuck with agencies that pass them off to juniors, hide behind corporate processes, and treat their investment like just another number on a spreadsheet.
We built NKPG to be the opposite. Led directly by Principal Licensee Matt Handley, we focus on quality over volume. Every client gets direct access to the director — not a receptionist, not a trainee, not a call centre. We know Brisbane’s northside inside out, and we manage your property like our own mortgage depends on it.

Meet the Director
Matt Handley
Matt Handley is the Director and Principal Licensee of Northern Key Property Group. He’s lived and worked on Brisbane’s northside and in the Moreton Bay region for over 20 years — he knows the streets, the suburbs, and the market inside out.
Matt founded NKPG because he was tired of seeing landlords get the runaround from big franchise agencies. His approach is simple: be straight with people, do what you say you’ll do, and treat every property like it’s your own. He handles every client relationship personally — from the first phone call to ongoing management.

Scott Rowleson
Scott brings years of experience leading large retail businesses, working in local government and the private sector. Having lived in several of Queensland’s key growth cities, he has a strong understanding of what makes certain suburbs sought after and what drives demand and saleability.
Recently returning home to Brisbane with his family, Scott sees enormous potential in the local market and is passionate about helping clients buy their dream home or get the best result when selling. He joined NKPG because he believes in doing things the right way — no shortcuts, no corporate games.
