Northern Key Property Group is guided by the leadership of Director and Principal Licensee, Matt Handley, whose hands-on approach shapes every part of the client experience. Having lived and worked on Brisbane’s northside and in the Moreton Bay region for more than 20 years, Matt brings a calm, straightforward and detail-driven, solutions-based mindset to real estate, drawing on a background in business ownership, operations leadership and customer-focused service roles.
He founded NKPG with a commitment to delivering a higher standard of communication, accountability and personalised care, offering owners and tenants a trustworthy, boutique alternative to volume-based franchise agencies. Matt prides himself on clear communication, ethical practice and treating every property as if it were his own, building long-term relationships anchored in transparency, reliability and genuine expertise.

Recently returning home to Brisbane with his family, Scott sees enormous potential in the local market and is passionate about helping clients buy their dream home or maximise the sale of their property.
